Operational Intelligence Platform is a modular operating and intelligence platform that combines the company's operational processes and decision-support layer under one digital roof.
The operational layer transfers paper, Excel and email-based processes into digital modules with role-based approval flows, traceability, AI-supported validation and automated evidence generation. The intelligence layer processes data from workflows, audits, suppliers, production activities, shop-floor signals and corporate documentation to create two critical capabilities: a corporate knowledge base searchable in natural language, and a predictive performance dashboard for supervisors, managers and executives. Because both layers use the same data source, there is no gap between executing work and understanding the decision behind it. Every process step is logged with timestamp, user ID, approval chain and related evidence. These logs create end-to-end traceability while also feeding the intelligence layer for risk detection, compliance monitoring and performance forecasting.
