When an employee wants to develop in a specific topic, they interact with an AI mentor through text, voice or video conversations. The AI mentor helps define the employee's current level, learning needs and personal development path. Internal trainers and subject-matter experts can enrich the platform by uploading micro video content, practical examples, documents or task-based learning materials where needed. The platform measures real competency through AI-led interviews, scenario-based questions and practical tasks. As the employee progresses, the development curve becomes visible for both the employee and the manager. The result is a talent development system where learning is personalized, progress is measurable and competency data becomes usable for workforce planning.
