General Terms and Conditions of Wgroup GmbH
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all business relationships between Wgroup GmbH, Trappenpfad 33, 12351 Berlin (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer"). The version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.
The presentation of services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an offer. The contract is concluded through the acceptance of the offer by the Provider.
The scope of services is determined by the respective service description at the time of ordering. Wgroup GmbH offers consulting, training, and software solutions in the automotive industry and quality assurance sector.
All stated prices are net prices plus the applicable statutory value-added tax. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction.
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
The Provider processes the customer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall be deemed agreed.
